ARMS-MBON (a Marine Biodiversity Observation Network)

This is the GitHub space for ARMS-MBON, providing access to the data outputs of the project.

ARMS-MBON began in 2017 under the ASSEMBLE Plus project (EU Horizon 2020, grant nr. 730984) and has continued operating in collaboration with EMBRC in its EMO BON programme. In ARMS-MBON we carry out marine hard-bottom sampling using ARMS units distributed along the European coastline. In this GH space are all the data coming out of these ARMS-MBON sampling activities: logsheets, images, raw sequences (which are archived in ENA), and analysis results of the sequences. We produce human- and developer-friendly versions of all the final data, and you can find data linked to particular data publications here.

Go to the ARMS-MBON data landing page for a web-friendly version of this GH space.
