mutating webhook adds overhead and is only used in a subset of environment types. Setting this to disabled is a better standard and reduces permissions.

Two things:

1. Follow https://github.com/aquasecurity/aqua-helm/blob/2022.4/CONTRIBUTING.md when submitting changes, in this case you will require a version bump, CHANGELOG update and README changes in both the chart and the global repo scope. Additionally change the PR title to reflect the actual change and add a tracking ticket if such exists.
