The storybook components are now include din the Apostrophe core 3.0 branch: https://github.com/apostrophecms/apostrophe/tree/3.0. Running it will require https://github.com/apostrophecms/a3-demo, the 3.0 alpha phase demo project. Please see that repo for more information.
