Create New License
You can create a License by following below steps:
- Click My License on MANAGE section of sidemenu.
- Click ADD NEW button.
On General Information section: Fill in the attributes as follows:
- License Name
- Lİcense Version
- Title
- Description
- Select Visibility from dropdown list as Public or Private
On Policies section:
- Type on search field to find policy that you already created
- Select policy from list
On SLA section: Fill in the attributes as follows:
- SLA Tier Name
- SLA Description
- SLA Support Hours
- Availability
- SLA Blackout Hours Per Year
- SLA Performance
On Legal Agreement Section: Fill in the attributes as follows:
- Legal Agreement Name
- Legal Agreement Description
- Select Agreement Type from dropdown list
- Select Document State
- Fill Legal Agreement Link
- Fill Document Text
