Note that main analysis notebook refers to a logs directory, which is the BIDS-formatted data directory output by our experiment script. This directory was automatically renamed agency-cfs when uploaded to OpenNeuro for sharing. If you wish to re-run our analysis code using the data found on OpenNeuro, you should rename the directory to logs after downloading, or you should replace logs with agency-cfs in the code.
