Making sense to me. Let's open another PR to remove it. What I am thinking about is the nightly releases - is there a good way to let user know about them? |

The content of docs/release.md overlaps https://gluten.apache.org/downloads/ a bit. Let's remove it per the discussion in apache#10893. A `Nightly Releases` section is also being added to https://gluten.apache.org/downloads/.
