Detecting Braessian Edges in simple applied transport networks, building the case for pedestrianisation. This notebook investigates the case for pedestrianisation of Queens Road in Leicester as it appears to form a Braessian network with the pair of main roads either side, for the set of OD pairs running from the centre of the city to outwards.
