This change is incorrect unless we’re using v1 of the transform plugin, which we arent.
This config shouldn’t impact consumer unless they’re incorrectly transforming node_modules - if you’re using react native, the RNP is broken, so you’ll have to remove all node_modules .babelrc files with a postinstall step to hack around it.
