As reported in Slack, JP found the IO site doesn't match the code in the boards learn guides for using Circuitpython with Adafruit IO.
This updates the code in line with the newest version of the field name

@brentru tagging for review. This should fix all the pages at once. I'm updating the guide text that deals with the individual sections too. They were actually even more stale, lucky the guide was getting a dusting off
