Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the entire Settings Interface section from the README documentation, including API Settings, Cluster Settings, and User Settings subsections along with their associated GIF images.
- Removes the Settings Interface documentation section and all its subsections
- Eliminates references to three settings-related GIF images (api_settings.gif, cluster_settings.gif, user_settings.gif)

The removal of the Settings Interface section creates excessive blank lines (lines 63-64). Consider removing one of these blank lines to maintain consistent spacing in the documentation.
