Update 1.2

Updated to PyTorch 1.10.0 and CUDA 11.3.

This allows lucky people with nVidia's 30 series cards to actually use their GPU's, rather than defaulting to CPU mode.

If you don't have a 30 series GPU, or don't need CUDA 11.3, you don't need this, use 1.0 + 1.1 update.

Note that, unpacked, these files require over 5.6Gb of space.
