It facilitates real-time communication, secure user authentication, and centralized incident management to improve disaster response times and coordination.

🚀 Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Android Studio Arctic Fox or later
• Firebase Project (https://console.firebase.google.com/)
• google-services.json file added to /app directory

Installation Steps

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/Vikas9kumargupta/SankatMochak.git
   cd SankatMochak

2. Open in Android Studio

   • File → Open → Select SankatMochak directory

3. Set up Firebase

   • Enable Email/Phone authentication
   • Create Incident, Users, and Reports collections in Realtime DB
   • Configure Firebase Storage and FCM (optional)

4. Build & Run the App

   • Connect your device or emulator
   • Click ▶️ to run the app
