Description

New get started section now has the following structure
- Introduction (new)
- Phone calls (old dashboard quickstart page)
- Web integration (old make a web call page)
Fix redirects and broken links; use relative links wherever possible
Rename "Assistant customization" section to "Assistants" for language consistency

Testing Steps

Run the app locally using fern docs dev or navigate to preview deployment
Ensure that the changed pages and code snippets work
