Description

  • Delete inbound support example
  • Add customer support hotline example (MP4 videos were used to make it easier to follow along)
  • Update overview page to link to new example
  • Update navigation to include the new example
  • Add redirects from old URLs

Testing Steps

  • Run the app locally using fern docs dev or navigate to preview deployment
  • Navigate to the new example using the left sidebar
  • Follow along the example and make sure the documentation is up to Vapi's standards

As discussed today, I am to introduce the following changes:

  • introduce more tool definitions in the example
  • cover a more traditional business use case
