Working amalgamation with complete description set

This release is a working amalgamation of the files. This should work at its core.

Still to do at this point:

• Create and include working .bib file
• Seed the dissertation.cls with more information and descriptive comments
• Seed the stylesheet.tex with more information and descriptive comments
