🖥️ How to Use on PC (XAMPP)

1. 👉 Download XAMPP and install it.
2. ✅ Open the XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache.
3. 📂 Copy the project folder to:
   C:\xampp\htdocs\
4. 🌐 Open your browser and go to:
   http://localhost/xtream-to-m3u
5. 🔓 Log in and generate your playlist with category filters.

📱 How to Use on Android (KSWEB)

1. 📲 Install KSWEB from the Play Store.
2. 🔥 Start Apache from inside KSWEB.
3. 📁 Copy the project folder to:
   storage/htdocs/
4. 🌍 In your mobile browser, go to:
   http://localhost:8000/xtream-to-m3u
5. 🔓 Log in and generate your playlist with category filters.

🎬 How to Use Playlist in IPTV Players

Once you generate the M3U playlist, copy the link or file path and use it in your favorite player:

• Open VLC → Media → Open Network Stream → Paste the M3U URL
