Example

If your current Writer (Text) document was named MyTest.odt, then each time you click the Save & Backup icon a backup could be saved to these two formats with these backup names:

"Backups/MyTest--2017-10-10_17:25:36 MyComment.odt" and
"Backups/MyTest--2017-10-10_17:25:36 MyComment.doc",

This is assuming a relative backup path, that both .otd and .doc are selected for Writer, and that you append your own "MyComment" or the like to the backup filename when prompted.
