Add TwoPointerPalindrome.java with tAdd TwoPointerPalindrome.java using two-pointer techniqueest cases and comments

• Implemented TwoPointerPalindrome.java to check for palindrome using two-pointer technique.
• Added detailed inline comments for beginner understanding.
• Created matching unit test class TwoPointerPalindromeTest.java.
• Contribution for learning and helping others understand DSA techniques in Java.

What is the reason for the change? There were already 3 versions of this algorithm implemented including two pointer version

Thank you for your feedback! 😊 I added this version to practice the two-pointer approach in a beginner-friendly way, with clear comments and test cases. If it's too similar to the existing one, I’m happy to modify or enhance it further based on your suggestions.
