converting mouse symbols to IDs file similar to GENCODEv44_Gene_id2name.csv

Hi there!
I am using the Mouse_Whole_Brain.pkl and was looking for an analogous file to GENCODEv44_Gene_id2name.csv for human data to convert symbols to IDs. Does this exist already or I need to create it ?
