Create a Sendable and efficient version of the Segmented Mesh Record to pass throughout the app

This may be difficult or inefficient to do.
But if this is done only once for every capture, it may not be a bad idea

We can create a snapshot of the SegmentedMeshRecord, by reading the vertex and index buffers, and saving them in safer objects.
For now, we can use the LowLevelMesh CPU-based read method to get access to the buffers.
