Tag Warnings

The following information is displayed:

• If a tag you want to warn agents about is found on a ticket, it will appear in large red letters at the top of the right sidebar.

Setup

• Install the app from Labs.
• When you install, you'll see a settings page with a series of forms, tags and warnings.
• In the tag field, paste the verbatim tag you want to warn on. For example: do_not_credit.
• In the warning field, write the warning you want displayed. For Example: Do not credit this user.
