This is a release candidate for 2021-12-12_00.
A few minor changes made to fix some issues relating to Steam switching, and the Tray.
Changes:
- When wrapper closed, main program closed as well.
- Added platform status actions to localization (for translation)
- Added alternate close/kill method for platforms that don't close properly.
- Added a lot of toast notifications to localization
