New name of the company, and all of their website branding is now Gavel. Should reduce confusion.

"Gavel" is the new name of the Documate (officially their "doing business as"), and all of their website branding is now Gavel. Should reduce confusion for new folks now sure if they ended up on the wrong site.
Also corrected the help article URL, which had broken.
