📌 Project Overview

The Strategic Insights Dashboard provides end-to-end visibility into business operations and performance through a series of dynamic, drillable, and user-friendly pages. Built entirely using Power Query for data transformation — no DAX was used. 🔗 Navigation is built into every dashboard, enabling users to switch between views effortlessly. 🧩 Interactive slicers and drillthrough actions make the report more dynamic and user-driven.

✅Exec Dashboard

• Displays the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as :
• Total Revenue
• Orders
• Profits
• Return rate
• Includes a revenue trend forecast
• Product-level performance
• Monthly comparisons.
• Click on a product in the table Metric to drill through to a detailed view in the Product Detail Dashboard.

✅Map Dashboard

• Visualizes global order distribution using an interactive Map.
• Enables region-based filtering (Europe , North America , Pacific).
• Provides country-level insights to identify high-performing markets

✅Product Detail Dashboard

• Deep dive into product-level performance based on:
• Revenue
• Profit
• Order Volume
• Returns
• Dynamic Metric Selection:
  • Slicer enables selection of: Orders, Revenue, Profit, Returns, Return Rate
  • Trending Metrics chart updates Y-axis dynamically based on selected metric
• Drillthrough Feature
  • Accessed via the product table on the Exec Dashboard
  • Automatically shows the selected product name on page load
  • Enables focused analysis on a single product’s metrics
