ShopsUI Release v2.0.0-beta10

Changes:

• Fixed adding shops to existing categories using /shop category add not working.
• Fixed some default translations throwing errors when used.
• Fixed /shop reload not actually reloading anything.
• Added iterative loading of shops instead of sending all shops at once (hopefully removing the server lag issue when players open shops).

This update includes a workshop update as well so you may want to restart your servers or else players who have the new workshop version will not be able to join your servers.

There are also changes to the config file. You can view the default version at https://pastebin.com/raw/hAe3dBVe or delete yours in order to regenerate the config.
