- In comparison of 2011, the sale and profit near by doubled in 2014.
- A common product(Lexmark MX611dhe Monochrome Laser Printer) that was previously at a loss(2011) is now at a loss(2014). Apart from this, more products are in loss in 2014. which is the same as the 2013 product.
- Sales technology is becoming more in comparison of office supplies and furniture stores.
- There are some products which were on top in last year's sale and are still there now.
- KPI is increase year by year.
