Planning tool support + some improvements

New features:

  • Planning tool that distributes cash or number of lots among selected bonds

Updates:

  • Tooltips on hovered cells
  • Default width of some columns is revised

Bug fix:

  • Style of cell after scroll (f. e. date is colored in black color but after scoll it becomes bold green because scrolled bond on its place has bold green color)
