Simple Time Tracking tool, to help track wokring hours

Planned functionality:
    - time tracking (Start/Stop)
    - widget for android mobile phone
    - Tags for tracked hours
    - Bar chart presentation on Android 2.2+ mobile phone
    - Synchro with online server (in future mayby)
