This project presents the Chitra Collections Annual Report 2024 through an interactive Excel dashboard using Pivot Tables, Charts, and Slicers. It provides key business insights for smarter, data-driven decisions.

The dashboard shows a noticeable peak in sales and orders during March, making it the strongest month of the year. Amazon (35%), Flipkart (22%), and Myntra (23%) dominate the sales channels, together contributing to 80% of total orders. The top-performing states were Maharashtra (3.0M), Karnataka (2.6M), and Uttar Pradesh (2.1M), indicating strong regional demand. Women accounted for 64% of total orders, with the highest purchases from adult women (~44%). Operationally, the brand maintained excellent service quality, with 92% of orders successfully delivered and minimal returns or cancellations.
