"Kaleem" is an Arabic mobile application named “Kaleem" that enables Arabic users with communication disabilities to access their desires readily and speedily. As it will provide a voice for the voiceless via real-time translation from sign language to speech and translating from written text into a spoken words and phrases. “Kaleem” will allow people with communication disabilities to express their desires without any need for their voice whether by tracking the user’s hand movements towards the camera using words, phrases, or sentences that are ready to be used in “Kaleem” application
The main goal of “Kaleem” is to provide an application that supports Arabic language and works as an assistant for people with communication difficulties. This project tends to embrace the kingdom’s vision 2030 in developing applications to help the community by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and enhancing the quality of life. In addition, “Kaleem” will provide an opportunity for the people who are suffering from communication difficulties to share their knowledge; As this point will increase the national qualifications and a huge variety of sectors, private or public will embrace, empower, and qualify these talents. Moreover, boosting self-confidence for those who want to participate in social events. Moreover, “Kaleem” will enrich the Arabic technologies since it is considered as the first non-educational application that supports Arabic language. Besides, it will participate in evolving the technology era by making technologies available to all people under all circumstances.
The process of studying the domain aims to comprehend previously developed similar systems [1]. In this section, the available similar applications will be reviewed, and their main functionalities will be compared to “Kaleem” application.

After studying and comparing the different related applications shown in Table 1️⃣ that serve people with communication disabilities, we can see that each one of these developed applications has a unique main feature the application focuses on, for example translation from text to speech, or providing verbal sentences for images. "Kaleem" is a comprehensive Arabic application that supports all available features and adds translation from Arabic sign language to speech and real time help via crowdsourcing features.
