Fixes issue

Maven download link is broken and is not working in Development Docker builds via Docker Compose.

Changes proposed

  • Maven download link is now changed to repo.maven.apache.org domain from dlcdn.apache.org
  • Duplicate MacOS docker build instructions file has been removed from Docker directory as it is present in the docs page.
  • Broken link to docs about running Drifty in docker has been fixed and now points to Drifty docs page.

Maven download link is now changed to `repo.maven.apache.org`. MacOS docker build instruction file has been removed as it is live in the docs page. Broken link to docs about running Drifty in docker has been fixed and now points to Drifty docs.
