Emoji Distribution

One design problem encountered during the creation of EmojIDE was the fact that Discord servers can only have 50 emojis for free. The way the IDE circumvents this, is by adding more servers to the equation. Bots, unlike users without Discord's paid plan, can use emojis from any server they are in. Bots can only create servers themselves if they are in less than 10 servers themselves, so this responsibility relies on the bot host. There is no limit currently on Discord servers that a single user can create, which is a bit reason the bot can be expanded so easily.

Emoji Groups

Most of the emojis in the IDE are categorized into groups, which allow for the bulk deletion and easier managing of them. The current groups of Emojis are:

• Welcome Title - The 2 emoji high "EmojIDE" text in the Welcome tab
• White text - Consolas White text
• White Text Unselected Tab - Consolas White text with the IntelliJ #3c3f41 background used in unselected tabs
• White Text Selected Tab - Consolas White text with the IntelliJ #4e5254 background used in selected tabs
• Orange Text - Consolas Orange text
• Green Text - Consolas Green text
• Blue Text - Consolas Blue text
• Gray Text - Consolas Gray text
• Light Gray Text - Consolas Light Gray text
• Fira White text - Fira White text
• Fira White Text Unselected Tab - Fira White text with the IntelliJ #3c3f41 background used in unselected tabs
• Fira White Text Selected Tab - Fira White text with the IntelliJ #4e5254 background used in selected tabs
• Fira Orange Text - Fira Orange text
• Fira Green Text - Fira Green text
• Fira Blue Text - Fira Blue text
• Fira Gray Text - Fira Gray text
