Closes: #8808

Roo Code Task Context (Optional)

This PR was created with the help of Roo Code.

Description

This PR fixes the VS Code marketplace badge that was showing "rate limited by upstream service" error. The solution involves switching from the deprecated visual-studio-marketplace endpoint to the correct vscode-marketplace endpoint on shields.io.

Key changes:

  • Updated badge URL from img.shields.io/visual-studio-marketplace/v/ to img.shields.io/vscode-marketplace/v/
  • Applied the fix to the main README.md and all 17 localized README files
  • The new endpoint is specifically designed to avoid rate limiting issues

Test Procedure

  1. Verified the new badge URL returns HTTP 200 status:
    curl -I "https://img.shields.io/vscode-marketplace/v/RooVeterinaryInc.roo-cline.svg"
  2. Confirmed the badge correctly displays version v3.29.0
  3. All linting and type checks pass
