BlueThrust4 are versions developed by the previous author. BlueThrust5 are versions modified by me based on BlueThrust4.
The previous author released a couple versions. Revision 16 was released around 2014-09-30, and likely includes all changes in the old GitHub repo located at https://github.com/bluethrust/clanscripts.
Revision 17 is a version I discovered a little later, from around 2016-02-07. This is the version that the original author offers at https://bluethrust.com/. It was not checked into the old GitHub version control, and it has some small changes compared to Revision 16.
BlueThrust5 was originally based on R16, but when I discovered R17, I rebased it. BlueThrust5 is now based on R17.
