Shortify is a powerful and modern URL shortener built with Django.
It allows users to shorten URLs, track analytics, and manage links through a beautiful and responsive dashboard.

📉 Installation & Setup

🔹 1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/Ramtinboreili/LinkShortner.git
cd Shortify

🔹 2. Create a Virtual Environment & Install Dependencies

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # Linux & Mac
venv\Scripts\activate  # Windows
pip install -r requirements.txt

🔹 3. Run Database Migrations

python manage.py migrate

🔹 4. Create a Superuser (Optional)

python manage.py createsuperuser

Fill in the required details to create an admin account.


📉 Running the Project

To start the development server, run:

python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000

Open your browser and visit:

http://127.0.0.1:8000/
