Features:

为推理界面添加种子控制功能。当种子设置为 -1 时随机生成，其余情况则固定生成，可以保证生成结果的 consistency
添加种子复用键，可以获取到上次推理时所使用的种子值（这个与stable-diffusion-webui类似）
微调了一下推理界面的UI布局，提升了点颜值

Todo:

没有做相关文本的 Localization。不太清楚有没有便捷的方法，除了修改JSON之外？
