🎶 My First Experience with Android Development Semester 4 - Compulsory - 4You is the first Android application I built using Java and Android Studio. It was my first exposure to mobile development, and although challenging, it was an exciting journey. Through this project, I learned how to create a functional and interactive mobile application from scratch.
📱 About the App This app provides a smooth and intuitive music experience with essential features such as:
🚀 Playlist management – Organize and play favorite songs.
🔀 Song shuffle – Enjoy a randomized playback experience.
🎧 Background playback – Keep the music running even when switching apps.
💡 What I Learned Understanding Android UI components: Designing layouts with XML and handling user interactions.
Working with Java and Android SDK: Implementing logic for media playback and user controls.
Debugging and problem-solving: Fixing errors and optimizing performance.
🎯 Looking Back This project marked my first step into the world of Android development, and it laid the foundation for my future projects. Although it wasn’t perfect, it was a valuable learning experience that ignited my passion for mobile app development.
