Last release for < ver. 45 of the Gnome shell

Last release that covers Gnome shell up to version 44. (with zip package for ver. 45)
From now on, the main branch will be updated with code for version 48 (47, 46) of the Gnome shell.
The correct extension version for the user's Gnome shell version can always be obtained from the Gnome extensions website.
Do not forget to get the wsi script from this repository.
