I'm preparing a Deform 3.0 release. If someone would like to complete this PR, I will include it in the release. Otherwise I'll push it to the 3.1 release. |

This adds some navbar buttons to control the setting of
Form.widget.css_class.This is a companion to Pylons/deform#282.
