I hope I did not say anything about underscores because then I would had been wrong. This PR only make it possible to exclude the contents variable from the title. |

Have added a setting
PCAxis.Paxiom.Settings.Metadata.OmitContentsVariableInTitlethat tells if the content variable should be included in the generation of the table title.
