CS2 Config Presets v2.3

Fix

• Fix wrong value of numpad slash ~ kp_divide
• Fix description of cl_hud_color
• Fix default value of cl_crosshaircolor in crosshair.cfg (1~4 presets | 5 enables _r _g _b)
• Fix deprecated mirv_exec and {QUOTE} in hlae.cfg, and fix all related movie making commands (basic campath)

Add & Update

• Remove unusable commands
• Update Launch Option Instructions
• Add Fast Bomb Drop commands in auto.cfg but disabled by default
• Add CS2 commands including cl_teamid_overhead_colors_show cl_teamcounter_playercount_instead_of_avatars cq_netgraph cq_netgraph_problem_show_auto
• Add Instruction for CS2 in hlae.cfg
• Add console output for some binds in hlae.cfg
