Implemented Smooth Page Transitions with Framer Motion

This PR enhances the user experience by adding smooth and engaging page transition animations using Framer Motion. The following custom transitions have been applied to various pages:

Changes made-

1. Home Page:
   The page now slides up from the bottom when loaded, providing a smooth entrance effect.
2. Events Page: A slide-up animation is used to reveal the content as the page loads, creating a dynamic entry.
3. Projects Page: This page features a slide-in-from-left combined with a rotation effect, making the content appear with a stylish twist.
4. Upcoming Projects Page: A subtle pulse animation is applied to draw attention to upcoming projects, creating a soft, continuous movement.
5. Past Projects Page: The page uses a combination of a slide-up effect and slide-in-from-left with a rotation effect to make the transition visually dynamic and interesting.
6. Achievements Page: Multiple animations have been applied:
   • A slide-in-from-left and fade-in effect for a smooth reveal.
   • A slide-in-from-right and fade-in effect for balanced entry.
   • A slide-up effect for a final dynamic animation as the page loads.
