Steering Committee updates + Events update

Basic Changes:

• Built to add Ilona profile
• Edit Rapi profile
• Update Aug 1 event

Copy updates and included (almost) all speakers

There was an issue with the redirection so there were some changes that had to be done in Gemfile in order to enable redirection via jekyll-redirect-from.

The AWS host is not www.progressivehacknight.org It's ready to be pointed at in S3 as well.

Forked from chihacknight.org this is the initial full release of the website.

Current site is at www.proghacknight.org.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com. We can set the DNS to point there through cloudflare.
