This Pull Requests aims to prepare engima-protocol for version 0.3.0, a complete refactor of the existing client and server.

Starting with introducing the specification document for version 0.3.0, outlining protocols and algorithms dedicated to the encryption and decryption of messages.

  • Prepare a new protocol server in Golang and Python. Setup a different repository.
  • Update the client to support latest protocol servers.
  • Update documentation of the project.

Refactor the client completely as per spec 0.3.0, removing
unnecessary dependencies such as vue-router, vuex, node-forge and
more.
