In this version a minor code cleanup was made to comply with AMO guidelines. YT+ is now fully reviewed in the AMO store which hopefully emits more trust for its users and reaches others and further than before.

Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this ongoing journey.

This version comes with minor improvements. For Chrome there is now an options page which explains where users can modify YT+ settings. Chrome decided to force the extension buttons to be shown by default for all installed extensions which has been causing confusion to lots of users so this workaround should help.

Firefox add-on has now locales included in order to apply for an AMO full review and is also being prepared for the Web Extension transition. The target for the moment is set for when FF48 stable lands which is compatible to the only two WE apis YT+ needs to function correctly. This transition is expected to occur by August 2016.

A couple of aesthetic fixes have been implemented, the box shadow on the floating player was having some problems due to the recent player update and the thumbnail buttons were a bit hard to notice over bright background thumbnails.

A new improvement has been added, the volume control with mousewheel now has visual feedback. When it is being used, the player's own volume slider becomes visible for the duration of the action.

A simple update on a feature that was already implemented by default in YT+ but users could not turn it off if they wanted to: Disable YouTube loudness normalisation

Users can now re-enable YouTube's loudness normalisation if they feel the videos are too loud for their taste, or disable it if they feel the videos are too low to enjoy.

An oversight related to MutationObserver minimum attributes was resulting in bad code writing, this has been fixed and hopefully should allow more platforms to run the script with less issues, although this is not its focus.

Player shortcuts always active remained active frequently when navigating away from a video page, causing conflicts with basic navigation shortcuts such as spacebar to scroll down the pages, this should no longer be a problem.

As a result of previous updates to the blacklist control it was remaining active even when the user disabled it, this has been fixed in this version.

Due to the recent grid layout update to become linear with YouTube's default grid layout the blacklist removal left behind empty areas, it shouldn't do this any longer.

Due to YouTube changes the default channel page was not working for links inside the comments section, this should no longer be a problem. The feature now also includes links in channel pages as well.

The subtitle/CC feature was not working correctly if the videos did not have subtitles but had CC, this version contains a fix for this.

This version comes with a fix that was preventing the Live Dashboard from working correctly. Additionally a recent change in YouTube caused the blue button around buttons to return, this update includes this change now.

The grid layouts have been updated to become as similar as possible with YouTube's native grid layout. The video badges (cc, live, etc.) are now visible again since the new update accommodates them correctly.
