• Digital identities can be read by QR code. It display at Blockchain core system.
• Senior officials can access digital identities
• The top senior official can assign a senior official to digital identity
• There is no unauthorized access to digital identities.

our shortcomings;
digital identities were not encrypted. But, the encryption phase will continue in the development process. I have tried to do my best in the development process. If you have more much idea about digital identities, could you please let me know that your opinion?

footnote:
I have decided to not release as opensource for security because system is not encrypted. firstly, the system will be finished in encrypted form, then it will be here as open source.
