Code:

All R code is available in scripts. The R version used for this project was 4.2.2.

Folders:

• data: contains two files, one for raw data and one with a dataset ready to be analysed (clean_data_analysis.RDS). The script to generate the ready-to-analyse file from raw data can be found in scripts (001_prep_dataset.R)

• scripts: R code to process dataset and produce results and figures included in the manuscript.

• plots: contains all figures (main and supplementary) created for this study, all of which were created using the R package ggplot2 v.3.3.6.

• tables: contains all tables (main and supplementary) created for this study, all of which were created using the R package sjPlot v.2.8.14.
