Boat model and world missing

Hi,
I was previously using the boat model with the Gazebo Classic SITL, but with Classic hitting EOL, I am looking at switching to Gazebo Ignition. However, I noticed that the boat model and world do not exist in this repo.

Is there any reason this model was not brought over, and are there any plans to do so in the future? I'd be happy to contribute a PR.
