Vuforia Engine 11.2.4 is available!
The Vuforia Engine team is happy to announce our newest version. Below are the key updates in this release. Check out the release notes for the complete list.
New Improvements:
- On-Prem Step Check: If no 3D location is reported, you can now show a 2D bounding box to highlight the validation area, as is the case on Android devices.
- On-Prem Step Check Resolution: Step Check can now validate from a smaller portion of the camera frame, allowing the user to be farther away. Additionally, higher-resolution template images are now supported.
- Unity 6: Vuforia Engine now supports Unity 6 ( 6000.0.23f1+) as a development environment.
- ARCore Minimum Version is Now 1.45: For Android apps, the minimum version of ARCore that Vuforia Engine supports has been raised to version 1.45 to enable the use of the flashlight API.
Notices:
- Architecture Support: Support for the Android armv7 architecture has been removed.
