Ability to get the current profile from the laser_tilt_controller (ros ticket #4148)

It would be really nice to be able to get the profile currently in use by the LasserScanTrajController by calling a service.

[vpradeep] Definitely don't have time in the near future to work on this. Might not be too hard of an addition, if you want to hack it in. The code is already really messy anyways.
